Short description of the parts of the project:
Preparation of project plan for the Exhibition on the History of Reformation
The infrastructure of related service buildings and the increase of accessibility of the exhibition space will be prepared according to the project plans done by Szabó Tamás
Acquisition of tools and accomplishment of tasks related to the exhibition on the history of reformation, taking place in Sztáray-hall, next to the Reformed church in Szabadság Street
The goal of the exhibition organized by GeoResearch Kft. is to display the history of reformed congregations of Pécs and Baranya from the age of polemics to recent times. The exhibition not only provides a comprehensive view of reformation in Baranya, but also tries to reach and inform all targeted groups with the help of displayed objects and tools. The exhibition includes cabinets (with several hundred year old bibles and other documents) as well as consoles and projectors representing the 21st century.
Professional work at the exhibition – that is planned to be ready by 30th June, 2014 – is supervised by a lector.
Increasing accessibility of the Sztáray-hall, next to the Reformed church in Szabadság Street
As part of the development program Sztáray-hall is going to be cleared of obstacles, and is going to be easier to access. Also the infrastructure needed for the exhibition is going to be built.
An old dream of the Reformed Congregation of Pécs-Downtown is going to become a reality by this exhibition as part of the Értékes Pécs project.
